What microneedling helps
Microneedling is used for acne scars, other scars, enlarged pores, fine lines and uneven texture. The controlled micro-injuries prompt the skin to produce new collagen.
It can be combined with PRP, growth-factor serums or other treatments for added benefit.
How microneedling works
A medical device creates very fine channels in the skin at a depth chosen for your concern.
- Numbing: cream applied before treatment
- Treatment: the device is passed over the area
- Combination: with PRP or serums in some plans
- Course: several sessions a few weeks apart

Does microneedling hurt?
With numbing cream, most people feel only mild discomfort.
How many sessions are needed?
Usually several, depending on the concern.

Yes, when done correctly; it carries a lower risk of dark marks than some lasers.
Can I do it at home with a roller?
Home rollers are much shallower and carry infection risk; clinic treatment is safer and more effective.
